Yesterday's outing was great! Ok, maybe the rain dampened our spirits a little, but what the heck? We had fun! We went for a karaoke session at Woodland Civic Centre, for $14.40 each and we have the whole time till 8pm. Not bad huh? For 4 hours of karaoke plus tidbits and a drink each.
The room was ultra cool and dark, and we sang our hearts out. When we didn't sing, we camwhored. Haha. And the song list is okay. Much better than the school's Moberly. And no, they had proper videos of the song instead of showing videos of animals for a rock song! -.-"
Left about 6pm, and then rushed over to Breeks to have our dinner. Food took a very long time to come. I thought of having desserts but we don't have the time. We rushed to go to the toilet and bought the cards for the flowers for Miss Jenny and RL. And we practically ran out of the train at City Hall, and took a cab to Victoria Theatre. And the uncle claimed that it's very near to where we board the cab. Near my ass lah uncle!
Thank god we were on time! =)
Our seats were not so great because we bought the $18 ticket, so we had to sit at the upper level. Our view was blocked by the stupid parapet, so we had to lean forward to watch the performance. But, the performance was great! I like the guys' item the most! Nice like shit, especially with the strings of paper! And Miss Jenny, SC and Zuyou really potrayed the emotions well in the Suchuan earthquake item. =)
Nope, didn't videotape any performance because I'm worried that I will get caught. Sigh. So sad.
And the auntie guarding the door of the main entrance is so evil. They don't even allow the parents of the performers to enter! Gaaaah! Thank god Miss Jenny went out to see us. And we met RL backstage too.
The flowers we gave them are pretty. And only $18 each. Ahhhh! I want! *winks*
I have not received any pictures from the babes. Because most of the pictures are with them. So I'll have to wait. So many people owe me photos! Zu owes me the NDP photos and the movie outing photos, Jasmine owes me Sentosa outing photos, and the babes owe me SHHK pictures. Haiyoh! It sucks when your digicam cocks up!
So, my plan for today? Umm... Sit at home and watch online movies. Haha!
