Okay, here's a full update on 2008. I thought I was too tired to stay up and wait till 12am. :)
2008-
It first started out with holiday from the O levels. I got another new job at Coffee Club this year, but only worked for 2 days, mainly because they expected me to do drinks that they don't even memorise themselves, and it's not halal. (Shh! I havent return the ugly uniform yet! Haha!) Then, for the rest of the months, I stayed home because the rest of my job applications were not successful.
Then school term starts. New friends made. New school and syllabus. New class, new environment, new everything. Clothes became an issue now. Independent environment. I love it :) In school, I'm more of the noisy one. I used to be the shy and timid one back then in secondary school. But then, this year, I realise, what the heck! I should break out from my shell and be the noisy one. I should add life to the classroom, even though at certain lesson, I may get very quiet. (Haha!) Back then, I detest school. I'm not the popular kid in class, and I don't have that much circle of friends. This year, I love school, and I have more friends as compared to back then. Yeah, a huge improvement for me. :)
Then SDZ. Wow, the best group of dance people I ever known! I was not this close to my secondary school dancers. The bonding was great. Especially during the Waves period, when we eat together, sleep together and had late night talks during camps, bitch together. I was thankful that I joined the club, even though half my heart wanted to try something new like those inactive CCAs. Haha! Then I realised that I could not give up dancing. I should thank Ms Jenny for making the first few years of my dance life a great one! And also for realising my interest and passion in dance. (Hmm... i went side-track a little)
The best thing that happened to me in 2008? It would be meeting new great friends from SP and SDZ! And oh! Not forgetting Waves 13. The best experience ever!
2008 made me become more wiser and independent. It was certainly a year I could not forget. Wow :)
This 2009, I want it to be the same as 2008. Or even better.:)
And it's been a year :)
2009 resolution?
- I want to be cheerful everyday and make people around me happy :)
- I want to make my parents proud by doing well in school (the hard one!)
- I want to improve my dance techniques and be more flexible (I'm aiming for a 180degree middle split)
- I want to improve my relationship with my parents and family.
- I want to meet more new friends!
- I want to save money to get license and go overseas trips.
- I want to break the habit of skipping lessons. (very hard a well!)
- The most important of all, I want to be happy always :)
Happy 2009 everyone!
