Another eventful event in 2009, APEC.

Freaking awesome experience! Okay, first two days of training were boring and redundant. And we were seperated into different zones! So, we have to work with new people, and had to wait for very very long in these two days. Memorised different food and trained how to carry the freaking heavy tray (thank god I'm not assigned to carry tray!). Had a grooming talk by previous Ms Singapore.

The day itself, there was more waiting. Waited for 2 hours to get hair and make-up done. The make up was freaking thick and heavy. Just one swipe of a finger, and you'll see a huge difference. But it's not bad. Better than the Waves one, heh. The hair was SIA style. Very chio! I'll post a picture on how I look like later.

Oh yes, the vest they provided us was freaking huge (It's size S!) and the name tags they gave us was fake names. I got 'Hanizah/Hasnizah' or something like that. Me and Wara got the same name laaaa -.-" But nevermind, it's quite close to my name, heh.
More waiting before the delegates came.

I was assigned at the Prata live stall, along with a Prata Uncle who did prata on the spot, and a few Teh Tarik uncle beside me. And the Uncles are freaking awesome man! Made friends with them. The Teh Tarik uncle even helped me scoop curry when things got a little out of hand due to overwhelming crowd. Thank you, cik! (even though you won't be seeing this! HAHA) The teh tarik was freaking awesome. I wanted to ask for more, but paiseh. The prata man made more pratas specially for me and my zone friend after the whole thing end, wooots! (and others wanted too, but he did not make any for them! HAHA).

The most memorable part of APEC: Getting to see the presidents of several countries. I'm very lucky to be stationed at a stall, because I get to see the parade of presidents, WHEE! There was this random guy (I think one of the delegates?) who stood beside me, and he complained he was tired and did not want to follow the parade. He then began to introduce me all the presidents of the countries, like some Social Studies lesson. HAHA, damn cool! Okay, no Obama, he did not come ): But Hilary Clinton was good enough substitute (:

Prata stall was freaking famous. There were a few people who kept coming back like 5 to 6 times for more prata. Ang moh some more, with more curry! :P

Okay, now back to reality= schoolwork. And I have to choreo 1min of dance within 2 days, OMFG. We are doing Almost by Tamia for the HR dance showcase (: And tons of assignments and projects. And more catching up to do.
Okay Yus, one more event to focus on (HR challenge) and then back to schoolwork!

Okay, a picture of me. The APEC make-up and hair.
