It's so nice to use all the muscles in my body again after a month of not dancing. And today's session was freaking awesome! Stretchings, techniques, Ryan's new choreo and Glady's WHOLE choreo. I swear, my brain was totally not working at the end of the session. And I just flung and throw my body anyhow during the jumps, which resulted in blue-blacks. Nyehhhh. Let's just say the choreo is much tougher than the Waves one. A LOT of energy needed.

More dancing this upcoming week. Yay?

And seriously, the weather sucks.
