Two dance concerts back to back. I'm shagged and broke. Heh.
18th March (Friday), had L.A Hiphop, with basic L.A elements in it. Cool stuff. Anne taught a bit of choreo, which I still look awkward in it. :/ Well, FIGHTING! (:
Watched The Emerging Choreographers II by T.H.E Second Dance Company at NUS UCC Theatre. Got a little lost in the drizzle, thanks to me. Sincere apologies to all the 17 of you! ): It's a disappointment, because seriously, I don't get a single shit of what they were trying to do, or at least portray. And the songs/sound used were freaking irritating. I'm sorry, maybe I don't understand such cheem kind of dance. Just my opinion, please don't hate me. :/ But I'm amazed at how they can dance to silence. Like really silence, with no music. The only thing I could hear was them breathing heavily.
Ended the night with Happy Meal as supper at MacDonalds. And the walk home, which was not good. Shall not elaborate.
19th March (Saturday), had Modern training in the morning. Did techniques, and I realised that my turnouts and body posture during the bar exercise are total crap. Sigh ): Rushed back home, took a 30min nap, and then went out again.
The TPDE Production, GEM 5: Labyrinth at TP was rather nice. Nice choreographies, nice storyline (well, at least I can understand it), nice acting (: Modern side was quite nice, and interesting ideas. I could totally differentiate between Ryan choreographies and students' choreographies. The moderners looked like small angels, which Cherie mentioned looked like our juniors, all short and tiny. Haha.
Ended the night with LJS, and the long train ride home.
I'm super shagged. To end this post, let me tempt my readers with the Fondue we had before the combined training on Wednesday, heh (:

OMFG, it's bloody sinful! But WOOOOH! (:
