Sore muscles, naaaaise! I thought today's training starts at 9am, and I rushed to school like mad. Turned out that it starts at 9.30am instead. Started training with spring cleaning of MPH, a great warm up, especially for those who don't do housework at home (Yes, I'm referring to yours truly! (:) Today showed how lousy my stamina is. Halfway, I started panting like a mad dog and had chest pain -.-

And now, my knees are covered with smelly Salonpas, and it doesn't seem to be working. GAH!

I'm spending more money now on facial products instead of clothes. I'm in the phase when my face gets stubborn and all the blemishes starts popping out. Tsk, irritating.
